1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) during Ansan-si, the delivery of heading C 409 square meters (32.43 square meters) of the fourth floor;

Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On April 29, 2016, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the order to the Defendant KRW 5 million and KRW 600,000 per month. However, the Defendant did not pay rent and management expenses from May 29, 2016 to the present date. The Plaintiff terminated the lease contract, and the Plaintiff claims KRW 2.4 million, overdue rent, KRW 123,750, management expenses in arrears, and KRW 723,750 in total, and monthly management expenses equivalent to the rent from August 29, 2016 to the completion date of delivery of real estate.
