Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. From April 22, 2013 to October 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (i.e., arranging sexual traffic) received KRW 10,000 from women who enter the said establishment for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts, such as D, E, and F, which he operated by the Defendant, and entered the room for women, after receiving KRW 18,000,00 for each of the above types of women who were found to be customers, and entered the room for women, after receiving KRW 18,000 from many and unspecified men who were found to be customers, and then offered places and equipment to enable them to communicate with each other on the premise of commercial sex acts, and received KRW 5,00,000 out of the above sexual sex acts in case of engaging in commercial sex acts after receiving KRW 3 to 100,00 from the male son’s shop.
As a result, the defendant had the above D, E, F et al. provide sexual intercourse with many and unspecified men in return for payment.
2. No person who violates the School Health Act shall be equipped with school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones with telecommunications equipment and facilities, and carry on a business with the main purpose of mediating voice dialogue or image dialogue among unspecified persons;
Nevertheless, from October 16, 2013 to October 23, 2013, the Defendant installed three male rooms and seven female rooms in a place of business in the school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone, with a telecommunications equipment capable of connecting telephone suffering from the inside and outside of a business establishment, and operated a "Nam video rest room" with the main purpose of mediating voice dialogue or image dialogue among unspecified customers.
