A. On December 21, 2009, A Co., Ltd. The contents are as follows:

B. Loan Agreement and Credit Guarantee Agreement A enter into the instant loan agreement with the Plaintiff to raise funds necessary for the said construction works, etc., and the Defendant shall grant the instant loan.
