1. An amount of money obtained by deducting the expenses for auction from the proceeds of the sale by selling the real estate listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. Since the Plaintiff and the Defendants agreed to be co-owners of the real estate listed in the separate sheet and not to divide the jointly owned property, they seek to sell the remaining amount after deducting the auction cost from the ratio of shares.
