특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반(절도)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 11, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of larceny at the resident branch office of the Daegu District Court, who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 300,000 to a summary order of KRW 500,000 for larceny on April 2, 2012, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 50,000 for the same offense in the same court on June 11, 2012, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million for the same offense in the Daegu District Court on December 21, 2012. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 6 months for larceny at the Daegu District Court on September 5, 2013, and on May 13, 2014, the Defendant appealed from the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 2014No1616, Feb. 16, 2014, and was currently residing in the Daegu District Court.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 30, 2014, the Defendant, at around 10:10 on May 30, 2014, stolen 39 copies of the “living log newspaper” worth KRW 14,400 of the market price, which is the victim E, kept in the distribution unit of living information, and KRW 14,40 of the “living log newspaper” worth KRW 9,750 of the victim’s market price, which is the victim E-owned.
2. On June 17, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime, around 14:00 on June 17, 2014, with a 31 copy of the “intersection newspaper” worth KRW 9,300, the market price owned by the victim E, which is kept in the distribution unit of living information sites at the same place as described in the above paragraph (1), and 39 copies of the “living hall newspaper” newspaper worth KRW 9,750, the market price owned by the victim F.
3. On July 23, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of July 23, 2014, at around 09:30, the amount equivalent to KRW 4,200 of the “intersection” newspaper and KRW 2,250 of the market price owned by the victim E, which is kept in the distribution unit of living information land in front of the 351-1 permanent mountainous district located in the 351-1 permanent mountainous district at the time of stay at around 09:30.
