1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 390,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 9, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: on December 10, 2008, the Plaintiff lent KRW 390,000,000 to the Defendant on December 18, 2008, with the due date set as December 18, 2008; and on December 2, 2008, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the above loans and the damages for delay;
