The defendant, with the money obtained by deception, shall be liable to compensate for the damage to B, C, D, E, F, and I, respectively.

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud in the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek Housing Site, and the execution of the said sentence was completed on January 26, 2019 in the Suwon Housing Site.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim L as above, received 30,000 won as the price for goods from the victim L to the one bank account (M) under the name of the Defendant, and acquired the total amount of 854,000 won from the victims over 11 times in total, as shown in the crime list from August 26, 2019.

around August 26, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter that “The Defendant is living in the studio where the Defendant was living in Bupyeong-si, Macheon-si, 2019.” On the Internet, the Defendant sent to Twitter a letter that “blicket is sold in the twitter.” On the other hand, the Defendant sent to C the victim who contacted the Defendant with the sending of the Csch message messages, as if he remitted the money of the trawet to the victim C.

However, in fact, the defendant did not carry the above container but posted a false letter to obtain the price of goods, and even if he received the price of goods from the victim, he/she would have the intention or ability to send the goods to the above victim.
