Defendant

A around June 2019, around 2019, at the residence of Thailand B, a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand C, with the proposal from the above B, that “I would bring a phiphone into the Republic of Thailand and sell a phiphonephone to Thailand people in the Republic of Korea.” In response, A conspired to communicate with Thailand through a nameless winner(D) and SNS (SNS) who is staying in Thailand.

A, as above, in collusion with B and D, “D” divided approximately 175.8 ghon into the sponams of Thai-dong around July 2019, and stored approximately 175.8 gonons into the sponams of Thai-dong, and sent them to the Incheon International Postal Service (E). On July 12, 2019, the said aviation special class item arrived at the Incheon International Postal Service (E) located in the Jung-gu Incheon International Port on July 12, 2019.

Accordingly, Defendant A imported philophones in collusion with “B” and “D”.

The Defendants dealt with psychotropic drugs, despite the fact that they are not a person handling narcotics, regardless of the fact that they are foreigners of their own nationality, the Defendants handled psychotropic drugs as follows:

1. Defendant B, around June 2019, offered that Defendant B, at the Defendant’s residence located in Seodaemun-si, offered that “A shall bring the phiphone into the territory of Thailand into the Republic of Korea and sell phiphones to the philosophists in the Republic of Korea.” Defendant B, who responded to the offer, conspired A to communicate through “D” and SNS (SNS) in which A was staying in the territory of Thailand.

B, as above, in collusion with A and D, the said “D” divided approximately KRW 175.8g of philopon into four sporess from Thailand around July 2019 to four sporess, and concealed them into two sporesspams.
