The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence, it is justifiable for the lower court to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding direct transactions as stipulated in Article 33 subparag. 6 of the former Act on the Duties of Certified Public Brokerage Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions (amended by Act No. 12374, Jan. 28, 2014) without exhaust all necessary deliberations, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, by the assent of all participating Justices, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
