Since the issue of resumption of closed pleadings is matters belonging to the court's discretion, the court below rejected an application for resumption of pleadings for additional pleadings by a private legal counsel appointed after the closure of pleadings.

Even if the court below violated the right to counsel's assistance in the legal proceedings, the court below erred.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
