1. The defendant shall pay 25,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. On October 1, 2016, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, set the lease deposit amount of KRW 225,00,000 from the Defendant, and the lease deposit amount of KRW 225,00,00,00 from November 25, 2016 to November 24, 2018, and paid all the above lease deposit to the Defendant. Since the above lease contract expired due to the expiration of the period, the Defendant is obligated to return the above lease deposit to the Plaintiff.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
