A. Defendant B marks 3, 25, 11, 10, 9, 24, and 3 of the annexed drawings.

A. On June 5, 1998, the Plaintiff received the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on July 4, 1979 with respect to D & D 350 square meters (hereinafter “first land”).

B. 1) The deceased F (Defendant B’s father) obtained a building permit as part of the village structure improvement project on April 1, 1978, and obtained it as part of the Kimcheon-si’s village structure improvement project (hereinafter “instant land 2”).

2) On the ground, the Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 25, 1999 with respect to the instant land No. 2 and the instant land No. 2 and the instant land No. 2 on the ground of donation on March 25, 1999.

3) Of the land No. 1 of this case owned by the Plaintiff, the line connecting each point of the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 9, 24, and 3 is connected to the land No. 2 of this case owned by the Defendant. 4) Defendant B occupies ten square meters of the portion in the ship (B) connected each point of the separate sheet No. 3, 25, 11, 10, 9, 24, and 3 in sequence among the land No. 1 of this case owned by the Plaintiff as the land of this case.

On the other hand, on the ground of the above section (B), the stairs, toilets and main body part of which are linked in sequence to each point of 3,25, 22, 24, and 3 of the same drawings are installed on the ground of the above section (B), and one sublim tree is planted in the point of 15 of the same drawings.

5) Defendant B installed water pipes for receiving rainwater that flows out from the roof of his own house, and the exit exit was toward the land of this case. C. 1) Network G newly constructed 18 square meters per unit of mentorry and apex 18 square meters on the ground of Kimcheon-si H large 413 square meters on April 6, 1978 after obtaining a construction permit as part of the village structural improvement project.

2) On February 14, 1996, I (Defendant C’s children) completed the registration of ownership transfer based on inheritance by consultation and division on January 26, 1985 with respect to the above housing and land. 3) Defendant C is among the land 1 of this case.
