A. (1) From the end of December 2014, the Plaintiffs: (a) under a contract with the Defendant for the framed Construction of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ground Building (hereinafter “instant building”) among the new construction works, the Plaintiffs agreed that the construction cost per square meter shall be KRW 500,000 [the calculation formula of the construction cost for the first floor parking lot x 60% x 250,000 x 2 times of construction cost per square meter x 2 times of construction cost per square meter x 250,000 x 2 times of construction cost per square meter x 2 times of construction cost per square meter x 500,000 (2 times of construction cost per square meter x 2 times of construction cost) and the construction cost per square meter 500,000 won per square meter from the construction site drawings of the instant building; and (b) the Defendant paid only the construction cost as KRW 500,500 per square meter 10,005.

She also rented 2,50,000 won monthly rent for 3 months, but since the completion of the building of this case was delayed, the Plaintiff’s rent 25,00,000 won per month was delayed (=2,50,000 won per month x 10 months) during the delayed period.

Article 51,00,000 won (i.e., KRW 106,00,000 - KRW 55,000,000) and monthly rent for the non-school that occurred during the delayed period of construction completion is KRW 25,00,000, and Plaintiff A is KRW 275,000 per square, and Plaintiff B is 225,000,000. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 53,30,00,000, and delay damages therefrom.

[Plaintiffs did not comply with this Court’s request for the submission of the above content of each claim amount. Plaintiff A appears to claim KRW 25,000,000 as unpaid construction cost (= KRW 53,300,000 - monthly rent of KRW 25,000) and monthly rent of KRW 22,950,000,00, and Plaintiff B did not claim the unpaid construction cost (=the aforementioned KRW 51,000,000) x Plaintiff B.
