A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendants A, a joint crime committed by the Defendants, is the president of the Federation of E Badton Association (hereinafter “Association”) from 2013 to 2014, who is in the position of final determination and approval of the budget execution of the Association. Defendant B, a public relations director of the Association, for the same period, is the Defendant A as a public relations director of the Association.

On June 16, 2013, the Defendants filed an application for subsidies of KRW 1,400,000 from “G” to “E” in terms of the costs for adjudication of the Ethton Games, which was scheduled to be held on June 16, 2013.

However, in fact, if the injured party deposits the trial expenses to the trial, the Defendants immediately returned the money deposited from the trial committee to the account in the name of Defendant B or to the account in the name of H used by the said association, and thought that they would use it as the operating expenses of the association, such as meal expenses for the members of the association, and did not intend to use the said subsidy as the trial expenses.

Nevertheless, the Defendants requested the victim E to use the false subsidy for the expenses of the association operation, such as meal expenses for the members of the Association.

On June 12, 2014, the victim E deposited KRW 1,400,00 in the name of the trial costs in the deposit account in the name of NongHyup Bank in the name of the Defendants. The victim E deposited KRW 100,000 in the deposit account of the judges listed in the list of 14 persons submitted by the Defendants.

around June 25, 2013, the Defendants received KRW 100,000, which was individually deposited in each of the above trials from Defendant B’s deposit account in the name of Defendant B, and returned it again to the account in the name of H used by the said Association, which is held as president and public relations director, or immediately deposited from the referee into H’s account in the name of H.
