1. On September 21, 2012, the Defendant, at the office of "A Real Estate (D Licensed Real Estate Agent)" in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant: (a) concluded that the personal debt amounted to KRW 250,000,000; (b) on the other hand, the active property amounting to KRW 40,000,000,000, and KRW 90,000,000,000, in the case of borrowing money from the victim F; and (c) provided that, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay, the Defendant acquired the victim’s interest at the rate of KRW 20,00,00,000 per month with the interest rate of KRW 15,00 per month when he/she borrowed money from the victim F.

2. On October 19, 2012, the Defendant agreed to receive KRW 2,00,000 on October 2, 2012, the remainder amount of KRW 25,00,00 from the date of the contract, intermediate payment of KRW 30,00,00 from November 2, 2012, to receive KRW 25,00,00 in exchange for documents and reimbursement required for the ownership transfer registration on the land as well as KRW 2,00,000 from the victim’s actual property (D Licensed Real Estate Agent) office, and received KRW 30,00,000 from the victim for intermediate payment at the same place on November 2, 2012, the Defendant acquired the remainder amount of KRW 2,00,00 from the victim’s actual property and received KRW 30,00,000 from the victim for the remainder amount of KRW 10,000 for the remainder amount of KRW 30,000,00 from the market price.
