The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On March 23, 2020, at around 02:14, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by “C” located in Bupyeong-si B on the ground that the victim D (Name and 20 years old) who is part-time employee was influenced by the time-time employee was influenced by the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D (Name and 20 years old) was influenced.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention;
C. On May 18, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement stating the victim D's intention not to punish the defendant was submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons under Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
