In light of the circumstances in its holding, the lower court determined that it cannot be deemed that the Plaintiff, which was the criteria for the selection of layoffs in this case, cannot be deemed to have been distorted or trusted in the personnel appeal in 2009, and that the personnel appeal and item cannot be absolute or unfair for the selection of the person subject to layoffs.
In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the criteria for selection of those subject to
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
