A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall move or arrange any person who enters Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as "Do") without a visa and has not obtained permission from the Minister of Justice for the extension of sojourn area to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea.
C Upon receiving the proposal from Da in the future, “If the Chinese people who entered Jeju-do without the visa move to the land using the cargo vehicle, the level of KRW 500,000 per Chinese people shall be considered to be KRW 500,000 per Chinese people.” After receiving the communication from Da that five Chinese people, including E, F, G, H, and I, who enter Jeju-do without the visa, move to the land without the visa, the J requested interpretation, the defendant, and the K to move the above Chinese people, and the defendant et al. accepted the communication.
On March 25, 2013, the Defendant conspired with C, D, J, and K in the order above, and around 15:40 on March 25, 2013, the Defendant driving of the LV at E-Sa-dong, E-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S.
Accordingly, in collusion with the above C, D, J, and K, the defendant tried to collectively move the above Chinese people who entered Jeju-do without the permission of the Minister of Justice to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea for profit without the permission of the Minister of Justice. However, the defendant did not commit an attempted crime.
