1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,025,250 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 29, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 2015, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, supplied the Defendant with building materials, such as a new city mold, etc. at the site of the Incheon Songdo, seeking the payment of the outstanding amount. 2. Non-litigation judgment (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
