2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

A. Plaintiff’s sales contract 1) On January 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with HansanM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ HansanM”) as an outsourced agent for the implementation of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul building C (hereinafter “ HansanM”).

(C) No. 602 of the 6th floor of the C Building (hereinafter referred to as “instant officetel”).

2) The main contents of the instant contract for the instant officetel supply (hereinafter “instant contract for sale”) are as follows.

A: The seller Korea Trust Korea Co., Ltd., B: the purchaser, the consignee, and C: Article 1 (Sale Price and Payment Method) ① “B” shall pay the corresponding amount in his/her own account designated under Section B of this Article within the due date for payment as follows; (a) “A” shall pay the amount in his/her own account in his/her own account at the bank’s account designated under Section B of this Article; (b) the intermediate payment once of intermediate payment three times of intermediate payment, three times of intermediate payment, five times of intermediate payment (3.31 March 31, 2015), (c) (31 March 31, 2015) (31), (31 March 31, 2015) (1,1750,000 won, 1750,000 won,1751,1751,1751,1757,17470,000 won, and the amount specified under Section B of this Article shall be paid in his/her account (3).

(5) "A" and "A" shall not be obligated to separately notify "B" of the payment schedule and late payment charge of the sale price under paragraph (1) of this Article.

Article 4 (Duty to Notify Cancellation of Contracts, Change of Address, etc.) (1) When "B" commits any of the following acts, "B" may cancel this Agreement after peremptory notice, if it is not performed:

1. When the intermediate payment is not paid twice or more within the period fixed by “A” (Provided, That “A” shall be notified to “B” for a grace period of at least 14 days on at least two occasions);

2. Any balance within three months from the expiration date of the designation period for occupancy.
