1. As to KRW 32,700,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 29,300,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3,400,000 from December 29, 2017.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. According to the evidence evidence No. 1 of partial dismissal, the interest rate of KRW 29,700,00 on December 29, 2017 is set at KRW 1,50,000 per month. Thus, from December 29, 2017 to December 18, 2018, a considerable dispute over the scope of the Defendant’s obligation to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum for the Plaintiff within the agreed interest rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment. Since the obligation of KRW 3,40,00 is deemed not to have been set at the maturity date, the Defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the following day of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until November 24, 2018 to December 15, 2018.
