. Innocence.

A. Defendant (misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles as to the part of the crime) 1) In light of the following circumstances, the Defendant’s inspection of basic design, filming (contestation of facts) (hereinafter “instant inspection”).

(A) Even without doing so, the statement in the record of medical examination and treatment as if it were stated in the record of medical examination and treatment and claiming medical expenses and medical care benefits based thereon are merely negligent due to a simple error, and cannot be said to have committed an intentional act to make a false statement in the record of medical examination and treatment or to acquire medical expenses and medical care benefits. Therefore, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine or by misapprehending the legal doctrine. (A)

G commenced from March 2, 2016 with the Defendant and the branch of the Department C located in Gangnam-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant hospital”) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and nine floors. From May 2, 2017, the relationship of the operation of the Dong was actually disappeared around June 7, 2017.

G warning at the meeting of the instant hospital around 2016 that the Defendant “unfairly demanded medical care benefits.” If G’s horses are true, G is aware of the Defendant’s criminal facts, and even until June 2017, G was engaged in the same business with the Defendant.
