Punishment of the crime
On September 13, 2015, at around 15:47, the Defendant, at around 15:47, driven a car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 10km to the road front of the Jinri-si, which is located in the front of the Jinri-gun, Jinri-si, which is located in the same military death scene, to the front of the same military, through the Orho-ri Public Health Center.
