Seized evidence Nos. 2, 5 through 12 from Defendant A, Nos. 1, 3, 4.

Defendants are foreigners of their nationality.

The Defendants: (a) entered the Republic of Korea with a single number of 5,00 U.S. dollars; (b) purchased high-priced strip, cell phones, and gold within the limits; and (c) enter the Republic of Korea through the Kimhae Airport on December 23, 2014; and (d) Defendant A entered the Republic of Korea with a false credit card 30 copies on December 25, 2014; and (b) Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport with seven forged credit cards on December 25, 2014.

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct;

A. On December 24, 2014, around 14:47, the Defendant ordered food at “F” restaurant located in Busan, Daegu, Busan, the market price of which is 18,000 won or more, and displayed the same attitude that he was a legitimate holder of forged credit card G, and used a forged credit card by paying 18,000 won to employees H, and by paying 18,000 won for food.

B. On December 25, 2014, at around 17:02, the Defendant purchased one gold sheet (11) from the “J” operated by the victim I located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and had shown the same attitude as he was the legitimate holder of his forged card G, and he received one gold sheet (2,00,000 won at the market price of 2,00,000 won from the victim. Upon paying the price with the forged credit card, the Defendant used the forged credit card and acquired the above gold sheet by fraud.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. On December 26, 2014, the Defendants were in collusion with the Defendants in violation of the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at around 13:16, December 26, 2014, at “LL” on bail, 18km 2, 18km 2, 18km 2 and 18km 2, and they were the lawful holders of forged cards M.
