1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on December 11, 2015, on the motor vehicles indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: On February 28, 2015, the Plaintiff registered the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet in accordance with the title trust agreement with the Defendant.
The plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement through the service of a duplicate of the complaint of this case, and the plaintiff asks the defendant to accept the transfer registration procedure for the motor vehicle indicated in the attached list from the plaintiff.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
