2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The instant clan covenant lists the size of 922 square meters prior to Q2 (hereinafter “instant 1 clan property”), Rant 1,385 square meters (hereinafter “instant 2 clan property”), the size of 92 square meters prior to S (hereinafter “instant 3 clan property”), and the size of 14,876 square meters in Tland (hereinafter “instant 4 clan property”) as property of the clan.

E. ① On December 24, 1931, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in U.S., the descendants of D on December 24, 1931, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in N on March 22, 1993, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 22, 1993. ② on December 24, 1931, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in U.S. on October 10, 1969, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in V on October 26, 1987.
