1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 45,753,810 as well as KRW 45,00,000 among them, from August 26, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Proceedings are promulgated as of September 25, 2015, and are enforced from October 1, 2015. The damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is obvious that the duplicate of the complaint in this case is the day following the last delivery to the Defendants, shall be recognized, and the damages for delay in excess shall be dismissed.
