1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff is denied based on the payment order.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, who indicated the claim, received 368,00 won and damages for delay from the Korea Comprehensive Corporation, and filed a claim against the Plaintiff for the transfer money and received payment order from the Seoul Northern District Court. However, the Plaintiff did not purchase the goods (scooren) from the Korea Comprehensive Corporation, and the Plaintiff did not raise an objection to the claim in this case.
