1. Around May 6, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) (thief) committed a theft or attempted to steals a total of 5,64,00 won in the market price of 10 times in total by 10 times from July 22, 2014, including the following: (a) around 03:56 on May 6, 2014, the Defendant, at the EPC room of the first floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Underground Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the “EPC”) by putting and blocking cremation in the toilet changeer, had an employee in his/her name, and tried to possess a safe in his/her name, which was located in the PC hold and to steals the cash owned by the victim in his/her place.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On June 23, 2014, around 22:15, the Defendant purchased the Victim G’s G operation in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, from the victim, and subsequently, presented the Victim’s 1 A to the Defendant that he had legitimate right to use, and subsequently, paid the price of KRW 2,700 with the said card, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount, and using the stolen e-mail card.

B. On June 23, 2014, around 22:18, the Defendant: (a) purchased from the victim the Victim K in Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, for the purpose of settling the price of KRW 8,000 with the said card by suggesting that the Defendant has legitimate right to use the said card; (b) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the above amount; and (c) used the stolen physical cards.

C. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:22, at the O convenience store operated by the victim N in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) from Aarbrate P, one and one net bank; and (c) 2, from Earbrate P.
