1. On May 22, 2014, the Defendant’s Seoul District Court of Sung-nam Branch rendered the Defendant’s decision to the Plaintiff, the Suwon District Court of Gwangju Metropolitan City rendered the judgment of May 22, 2014.
1. Indication of claim: An objection raised against the plaintiff on July 16, 2014 by the Suwon District Court Decision 2013Hadan3891, 2013Ma3891, 3891, which became final and conclusive as of July 31, 2014. Even if the obligation based on the judgment stated in paragraph (1) of this Article is not indicated in the list of creditors of the above decision, the objection raised by the ground that the obligation was exempted in bad faith without being maliciously bad faith to the plaintiff.
