1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest thereon from September 4, 2012 to the date of full payment.
On September 4, 2012, the Plaintiff lent KRW 50,000,00 to Defendant B for the repayment period of KRW 24% per annum on September 3, 2013 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, and the fact that Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligation of Defendant B to the Plaintiff is no dispute between the parties.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and interest and delay damages at the rate of 24% per annum from September 4, 2012 to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff's assertion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
