A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B, and C shall be punished by a fine of seven hundred thousand won, respectively.

Defendant

B and C shall be subject to the above fine.

D is a person operating a game room without a trade name in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 304, and Defendant A is a business director in charge of the operation of the game room on behalf of Defendant D, and F, Defendant B, and Defendant C are employees of the above game room.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of game products which have not been rated, display or keep such products for such purposes, or exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

Nevertheless, from June 2013 to July 5, 2013, D established 30 games of Esnet Esnet Scot, which are game products not classified in the above game site, and employed Defendant A, B, C, and F as the chief of business and employees, and F selected customers and guide them to the game site, and Defendant A, B, and C found their places in the above game site and 200 points per KRW 10,000 per won after receiving game expenses from customers, and 200 points obtained through the game.

As a result, the Defendants provided ungraded game products in collusion with D and F for distribution or use, and re-purchase of results obtained through the use of game products as business.
