1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 6, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, the facts of the reasons for the claim can be recognized.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20 million won among the remaining principal of the loan and damages for delay of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from February 6, 2016 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, as a result of the repayment of the plaintiff's delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case after the due date. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking such payment shall be accepted in its reasoning. It is so decided as per Disposition.
