If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. Around 11:00 on August 12, 2013, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without registration at about 49:0:00, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from around 50 meters from the due date of the luminous elementary school located in Isdo-dong, to the luminous lusium located in the same Dong.

2. No two-wheeled motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile as stated in Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.
