[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months

1. Defendant A Victim F (34 ), Victim G (55 ), Victim H (40 ) and Victim I (37 37 ) run a sexual traffic business establishment at a private house located in Kimcheon-si J of Kimcheon-si, while the Defendant frequently found the victims from time to time in the private house using the weak points that the victims operate the illegal sexual traffic business establishment.
They report to the police to confiscate all property.
“Happy Happy” is a prompt term referring to the threat of victims as if they reported illegal business operations to the police.
A. On July 17, 2015, at around 17:00, the Defendant asked the victim F and the victim G to suspend the act of attacking and threatening the Defendant as above, and the victim F and G demanded that the victims “10 million won be changed.” If the Defendant refused it, the Defendant continued to fright up and reported to the police.”
The Defendant, upon receiving KRW 10 million from the victims of frighten drinking, receives payment by dividing it into KRW 10 million, and around August 1, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 200,000,000,000 from the victim F and the victim G, respectively, in front of the above “K Schlage” around August 1, 2015; and
9.1. On the 12th day of the same month, the victim H and the victim I received KRW 100,000,000,000,000 from each other, and 300,000 won from the victim F in front of the “L” in Kimcheon-siJ on the 12th day of the same month, respectively.
B. On September 11, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) sought a lawsuit from the said F to hear that the said F reported the Defendant to the police; and (b) sought the victim N(29) who was an employee of the said F, from around 22:0 to the G Kimcheon-si’s sexual traffic business establishment; and (c) sought the victim N(29) who was an employee.
They may not have the telephone to die.
B. It is the same that it is intended to put itself down.
All of them are death.
