1. Damage to property and intrusion upon residence;

A. On September 20, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendant found the victim’s house located in Ansan-si, a member D apartment, and 1302 Dong 815 located in Ansan-si, and opened the front door, and entered the hallways and hacks of small glass windows and hacks on the hallways that the victim would not open the door.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property equivalent to 250,000 won in the city and infringed on the victim's residence.

B. On September 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) found at the home of the victim again on September 22, 2016; (b) opened the entrance door; and (c) entered the small door glass door with a fire extinguisher in the corridor that the victim did not open the door.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the city and infringed on the victim's residence.

2. Intimidation;

A. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant threatened the victim with the intent to request the victim to settle credit card payment obligations, etc. by telephone at the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si on August 29, 2016, stating that “The victim would be in a knife with a knife as AS(IS) if a telephone was made thereafter.”

B. On September 22, 2016, at around 23:35, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim’s speech that he would no longer want to live together with the victim at the victim’s home, stating, “I am dead, I am dead, and will live in prison for one to two years.”
