Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Plaintiff claimed damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint to the day of full payment. However, as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, the interest rate for delay under the same Act is changed from 20% per annum to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and is partially dismissed).
