The Defendants, as the Plaintiff:
(a) entry of the inheritance shares in the attached Form 3 on the real estate listed in the attached Table 1.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s indication of the claim was the deceased AC’s flag. On February 6, 1970, before the deceased AC died, the deceased donated each real estate or share to the Plaintiff, and thereafter, on the ground that the Plaintiff occupied and used each of the said real estate, the deceased AC’s heir seeking implementation of the ownership transfer registration procedure against the deceased AC’s heir.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.
