A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving)
On January 8, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.104% among blood transfusions, and tried to change the vehicle to one lane, while driving the said vehicle at a speed of about 41 to 50km from the long distance to the middle distance between the two-lanes.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered from the injury of base and tensions to the victim F (29 years old) who was on board the victim D’s vehicle for about two weeks, and suffered from the injury of base and tensions to the victim F (29 years old) who was on board the victim D’s vehicle.
2. On the same date as set forth in the above paragraph 1, Defendant 1 driven a rocketing car as set forth in the above paragraph 1 while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.104% from the 300-meter section of blood alcohol level to C before the roads in Gunsan City.
