The defendant shall be innocent.

Reasons

The defendant of a public prosecutor's office is a person subject to registration of personal information whose conviction has become final and conclusive due to a sex offense.

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of such change to the chief of the competent police station within 30 days from the date on which the ground for

Nevertheless, even though the defendant's occupation was changed from Seo-gu, Daegu as of November 1, 2012 to work as an employee from Seo-gu, Daegu as of November 1, 2012, the defendant did not submit the changed personal information to the chief of the police office having jurisdiction over his domicile until December 1, 2012.

Judgment

1. Name;

2. Resident registration numbers;

3. Address and actual domicile;

4. Occupation, location of workplace, etc.;

5. Information on physical build (key and weight);

6. Photographs (which is taken within six months from the date of registration);

7. A prosecutor of a vehicle owned was indicted by applying Article 43(3)1 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes to the provisions that a person subject to registration did not submit changed information without justifiable grounds in violation of Article 33(2).

According to Article 33 (2) of the same Act, where personal information submitted pursuant to paragraph (1) of the same Article is changed, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of change pursuant to paragraph (1) within 30 days from the date on which the grounds for change occur

According to paragraph (1) of the same Article, a person subject to registration shall submit the following personal information to the head of the competent police office within 60 days from the date a judgment becomes final and conclusive:

In other words, the facts charged are that the defendant did not submit the changed information on the location of "work, workplace, etc." as provided in subparagraph 4, and the following matters are examined: Articles 2, 4, and 5 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, Articles 2 through 5 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act, and Articles 1 (Submission of Personal Information) and 3 (Register of Information on Registration of Sexual Offenders) of the attached Form.
