Punishment of the crime
On April 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and on January 15, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the former District Court on January 15, 2017, and is
