A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a Csch Rexton car under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 3.5 km alcohol concentration of 0.112% from the section of approximately 3.5 meters from which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the sexually moving-dong at the same time at the same time; (b) from the restaurant where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the sexually moving-dong at the same time to the March 15, 2018.

Defendant 1 driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.112% during the blood transfusion at the above day, and driven the said three-lane road in front of the said three-lanes from the original station to the original entertainment station.
In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the driver's vehicle, and to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the driver's vehicle with a duty of care.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, while driving in the front of the drinking week, led the victim D(64 ) waiting in the front of the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and led the victim F (50 years old) to have the part behind the vehicle in front of the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and thereby, caused the said rocketing vehicle to be pushed by the victim F (50 years old).
As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol which makes it difficult for the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle normally, and driving the motor vehicle to the victim above D for about five weeks, and, to the victim H(W, 61 years old) of the said rocketing passenger car driver, the inside and outside of the motor vehicle in need of approximately three-day medical treatment, etc., and the above rocketing passenger passenger driver I (n, 4 years old) cannot know about the treatment period, and there is about two-day medical treatment to the victim F.
