Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On January 23, 2019, the Defendants committed the crime committed on January 23, 2019: (a) around 13:21, 201, in front of the victim D’s detached house in Boan-si, Boan-si C, and (b) went to the end of the said house through the entrance without the victim’s permission; and (c) jointly intruded on the victim’s residence.
B. On March 13, 2019, the Defendants got in front of the above victim’s detached house on March 13, 2019. On March 13, 2019, around 13:45, the Defendants entered the said victim’s detached house through the entrance without the victim’s permission to leave the said house to the end of the said house without the victim’s permission, and went into the said house, and thereafter, they cut off the victim’s property by jointly intrusioning upon the victim’s residence and combining the victim’s property.
C. On April 5, 2019, around 13:58, the Defendants entered the said victim’s detached house in front of the said victim’s detached house without the victim’s permission, and intruded into the said house at the entrance without the victim’s permission, and then, in a plastic bag prepared in advance by complying with the market price of the victim’s possession, the victim’s money was infinite, and then came into the victim’s residence and was jointly invaded and combined with the victim’s property.
On April 6, 2019, the Defendants entered the said victim’s house in front of the said victim’s detached house on April 13:49, 2019, with the entrance without the victim’s permission, and intruded into the said house to the end of the said house, without the victim’s permission, and then, 10,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, was flicked by using a flick and flick with a flick in the said place, and jointly intruded into the victim’s residence, thereby thefting the victim’s property.
E. On April 7, 2019, the Defendants committed the crime on April 7, 2019 came to the front of the said victim’s detached house on April 13:48, 2019, without the consent of the said victim.
