The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. At around 13:30 on February 27, 2019, the Defendant, on the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, assaulted the victim C (51 years of age, south) and the “B” building management due to the said “B” building management on the top of the right hand hand, which caused two times to the victim C’s left knives.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
