1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from February 24, 2017 to March 8, 2019.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Where the pleading is terminated after May 31, 2019 pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, the Plaintiff seeking damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum; 15% per annum, the statutory interest rate under the previous provisions, from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019; and 2(2) of the Addenda, from May 31, 2019 to June 21, 2019 to June 21, 2019, where a judgment is rendered without pleading, the damages for delay shall be calculated with 15% per annum from May 21, 2019 to 200.
