1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7,183,927 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for refund of lease deposit between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the ground that the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was terminated on July 23, 2012 on the ground that the lease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was terminated on July 23, 2012;
