2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On June 12, 2004, the Plaintiff was appointed as a policeman, and was promoted to the reduction on March 11, 2014. From July 20, 2015 to July 14, 2016, the Plaintiff served as a female juvenile leader of the B police station from July 20 to July 14, 2016.

B. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant, following the resolution of the General Disciplinary Committee of the Incheon Metropolitan City Provincial Police Agency, took disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant disposition”) against the Plaintiff as the grounds for the following disciplinary action.

(hereinafter “Grounds for Disciplinary Action 1”). Around December 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) (i) obtained a female juvenile-related certificate from the D Senior Superintendent, a subordinate employee, in lieu of a female juvenile-related certificate; (b) requested by the Plaintiff to take an examination for about one month from February to February 3, 2016; (c) obtained four qualification certificates, such as a psychological counselor, in the Plaintiff’s name; and (b) from January 7, 2016, the Plaintiff obtained four qualification certificates, such as a psychological counselor, in the Plaintiff’s name.

6.
