손해배상(기)
1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from August 24, 2019 to the date of full payment.
1. The E Co., Ltd. (mutual name after the modification: F., Ltd.; hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) holds a damage claim of KRW 100 million against the Defendants in accordance with the joint agreement and the respective letter (Evidence A 3).
On May 10, 2018, the Plaintiff received from the non-party company the above KRW 100 million damages claim against the Defendants. Since the above transfer was notified to the Defendants, the Defendants are jointly obligated to pay KRW 100 million and delay damages to the Plaintiff.
