1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 70,070,270 and KRW 42,763,116 among them, from August 18, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The reasons for requesting an application for payment order in annexed Form with indication of claim;

(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. With respect to the claims taken over from Hyundai Capital among the claims for takeover of money as stated in paragraph (3) of the ground of partial dismissal, the plaintiff's claim for this part is dismissed, since there is no evidence to acknowledge the claim.
