1. As to KRW 219,131,656 and KRW 4,880,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from October 17, 2014 to April 2, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However) However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, and the “principal amount of KRW 201,097,938” in paragraph (3) shall be deemed to be the “principal amount of KRW 205,527,938” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
